*MISSY* IN A NUTSHELL: Approximately a year and a half old, very scared in the shelter but was giving kisses once liberated.

We had already sent our friends Chuck and Jon from Husky Camp to the shelter on December 10th to pick up Effie, when we were notified of yet another poor soul at the same shelter. Missy had a deadline of the 14th because she was "fearful." I cannot imagine a dog that is NOT terrified in a place like this! Again, thanks to the support of some wonderful people, we decided to include Missy on Effie's transport to freedom. Now that we're seeing her face-to-face, we can definitely see that she is a mix -- with what, we're not sure, but she is the sweetest and most loving girl! She has been paired with a young male shepherd at her foster home and is settling in beautifully. Missy thanks Jon for helping her   Ready for the ride to Phoenix UPDATE 1/11: Missy was placed into her new foster home today with Brenda and her family iin Scottsdale.
