*KYLE & BAILEY* IN A NUTSHELL: Friendly and social youngsters, under 6 months of age. | ||||||
We had just agreed to take in Zuko, when a wonderful young lady named Tahairah reached out from a California kill shelter about Kyle and Bailey. They had been at the shelter for almost a month after being found as strays. They quickly came down with kennel cough but, to the shelter's credit, they elected to treat rather than euthanize so they had been hidden away in Sick Bay for almost their entire shelter stay. Good news in that they weren't dead, but bad news because no one knew they were there! Tahairah asked if there was any way that we could take them ... How could we say no to those faces?
Chuck and Jon were already on the road to pick up Zuko so, once they had him safely in hand, they headed for the shelter to pick up Kyle and Bailey.
UPDATE 10/1: We have confirmed transport with Husky Camp! The boys will be heading to Phoenix this Saturday afternoon! Adoption fees to be determined.
