| *KODIAK* IN A NUTSHELL: Sweet adult boy; looks like he's lead a hard life -- up until now, that is! He needs a family to love and spoil him. | |||
| A text came in just before the Memorial Day weekend, "I have a healthy boy; think you would love." We, of course, had to inquire further and were told, "He is good on leash, easy to handle, does pull but will take correction. He's in the kennel with other dogs. He has not yet had a playgroup, but he's doing great with his kennel mates. I could do a video of him in the kennel with the other dogs. He does like ball as well."
When we asked the shelter to keep us posted, they lowered the boom -- he's already on the euthanasia list, so there was no time to debate or even think if we had room. He had to say YES. UPDATE 5/27: Kodiak was picked up at the shelter this afternoon by our good friends, Chuck & Jon.  Kody will be enjoying the hospitality of Husky Camp until transport to Phoenix can be arranged for him and his new-found buddy, Boomer. Adoption fee to be determined.
